The BonJour Milk Frother
We drink a lot of espressos and lattes in our house. I like a latte in the morning and a “pick-me-up” shot of espresso around 4:00 p.m. – a perfect segue into “cocktail hour” 
When we entertain, my husband (who doesn’t cook) becomes “Barista” extraordinaire, and makes coffee drinks for everyone, after dinner. We use our espresso machine a lot and have burned through many milk frothers.
This frother is the best yet – like I said, we’ve tried several! I’m never happy with the frothing wands on espresso machines…too much steam, the milk gets watered down and doesn’t get hot enough. I’ve had two Nespresso electric frothers, that were great – right up until the day they croaked. This little gadget, though, we’ve had for years – It was about $20.00 when I bought it. I think they cost around $25.00 now.
So easy and reliable! You just heat up some milk (skim works best), fill it to the line and pump about 15 times. It creates more froth than any other I’ve used, doesn’t require electricity and makes a perfect latte!
